Theme of PAGVS:

Integrated rural development, empowerment of fairer sex besides protection and conservation of environment and bio-diversity.

 

Objectives of the Organisation:

 

  • To create awareness amongst people through their organized efforts in the conservation of natural resources (land, water & soil).

  • To initiate livelihood avenues through the adoption of cash generating enterprises.

  • To incorporate gender perspective in different development programmes for ensuring gender equality in social and economic fronts.

  • Integrated Rural Development through the dissemination of advanced technology to the rural people.

  • Creating awareness amongst the farmers regarding different multinationals agricultural trade related treaties (GATT/WTO/IPR)

  • To under take different other farm related rural based activities necessary for the ecological and economic sustenance of the village eco-system.
